Chinese New Year is tomorrow so I thought I’d try to put together a few recipes that you can make to celebrate. 2016 is the Year of the Monkey and people born in the Year of the Monkey are characterised as quick-witted, curious, innovative and mischievous!
In our house we love spicy food and in particular curries, Mr L&B could probably eat curry every day of the week! Generally he takes charge of curry cooking so he can add as much chilli and spice as he wants (don’t get me started on the time he added a whole Carolina Reaper to the curry!). After too many spicy curries I’ve decided I need to take the kitchen back for our curry club nights.
